We provide support for those who need it in a number of ways. Each case we deal with is different and we treat each one as such.
To qualify you must have worked in the home improvement industry for at least 1 year and be on a low income. The home improvement industry means residential, domestic houses, not commercial properties or infrastructure. Our support is built around the products that you might expect to use to improve your home. Following our merger with the Potteries and Glass Trades Benevolent Fund in 2012 we also support people working in those related trades. Each application is different because we look at your income versus expenses and so we don’t offer a ‘standard’ award but rather tailor our assistance to your needs.
So, if you are working for a major DIY retail chain or a small cookshop, or maybe for a national brick manufacturer or are a decorator whose tools have been stolen from your van, give us a call to see if we can help.
